Due to our increasing workload AB Roger & Young Ltd are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technologist.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
This role would ideally suit someone with 5 years + experience as an Architectural Technologist \/ Technician who has worked on residential, commercial and industrial projects in a professional office.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The role will be office based on a full-time basis (35 hour week) and involve working individually and as part of a small well-established team in order to deliver a wide range projects.<\/div>\n

As an Architectural Technologist you should have a strong command of Autocad and 3d modelling and be experienced in running multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with SAP10 software would be beneficial. The applicant should also be proficiency with current Building Standards, construction techniques and relevant construction knowledge allowing you to develop detailed drawings and accurate specifications to required time frames.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
You must exhibit a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in your drawings, specifications and calculations. Your ability to identify potential design challenges and propose effective solutions will be vital in delivering high quality outcomes.<\/div>\n

We are seeking individuals who can think critically, analyse complex design issues and propose creative solutions. Your ability to troubleshoot design problems and adapt to ever evolving project requirements will be instrumental in overcoming obstacles and achieving success. You should possess excellent time management and organisational skills. Balancing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and prioritising responsibilities will allow you to thrive in this fast-paced environment.<\/div>\n
